JOB SCOPE

Working with our analytics and research operation teams, this entry-level role will support and be involved in the end-to-end process of market research. The key areas are detailed below:

 

Research, Analysis and Insights

  • Support and work on a variety of research, including both qualitative (e.g. focus groups and in-depth interviews) and quantitative research (e.g. surveys and secondary data sources)
  • Aid screener questions, discussion guides as well as survey questions
  • Review and process data that is collected to ensure high quality standards
  • Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts
  • Translate the data and information into insights, that will help clients make informed decisions
  • Analysing and synthesising data into easy-to-understand visuals and charts
  • Writing commentaries in a narrative style, including summary and recommendations

 

Project Management

  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. programmers, vendors, data science, etc) to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage or assist in project setup and fieldwork management
  • Support fieldwork audit and quality control efforts
  • Check survey link to ensure there are no errors
  • Provide regular project or fieldwork updates to clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field, such as market research, business or marketing
  • 1-2 years of related work/internship experience is advantageous but otherwise fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task with good time management
  • Possesses great soft skills and personality – approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exudes critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help mitigate problems and issues in projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with dashboard solutions such as Tableau or PowerBI will be advantageous.
