JOB SCOPE

We are a dynamic and fast-growing market research consultancy headquartered in Singapore, supporting clients both in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific. As part of our growth plans, we are setting up a remote team based out of India to bolster our capabilities. We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven Senior Manager or Associate Director (depending on experience) to lead our India-based team. The role, together with the remote team, shall focus on three fundamental areas:

Analysis & Reporting (Research Delivery) 

• Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting either end-to-end independently as a remote team or in a supporting capacity by collaborating with the Singapore team. 
• Interpret data, develop compelling narratives, and provide actionable recommendations and insights to clients. 
• Ensure timely and error-free reporting aligned with client expectations and internal quality standards. 

Project Management 

• Provide project management support across multiple studies for the Singapore team. 
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and backend partners to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Monitor project timelines, progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery. 
• Ensure processes are streamlined, efficient and consistent with the broader organisation.  
• Identify risks early and proactively offer solutions. 

People & General Management 

• Lead and manage the remote team in India, currently in its setup phase, with a view to develop this function or grow our operations. 
• Oversee team performance, welfare, and development through check-ins and coaching. 
• Drive a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
• Work closely with leadership in Singapore to scale the remote team and manage our business operations in India.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATION 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, market research, statistics and similar fields.  
• At least 7 years of experience in market research (preferably on the agency-side) specifically in research delivery and project management. 
• Experience in people management is essential, especially in remote team setting. Experience in managing business operations is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working autonomously, establishing new team and satellite operations.
• Highly organised and discipline when managing projects, people and processes is a must
